The first song I fell in love with
One autumn afternoon, I felt unwell and stayed in at age six. My mother wondered, "Is it true you don't know the Beatles?" She played Help! the film, and then I listened to it on loop using her device throughout the day.
The song I do at karaoke
Any Bowie number are enjoyable, such as Fame or Queen Bitch. No one sounds like Bowie, though I enjoy the atmosphere. Recently I performed Save Me by the artist Aimee Mann, that made people lose interest, yet I enjoyed myself.
My initial album purchase
Friends were into Paradise by the band Coldplay, so I acquired Mylo Xyloto from Barnes & Noble. It occurred during my debut California journey. I decided to buy albums. I purchased both Coldplay and Thriller on the same day.
The music with all words in my head
My brother possessed Incredibad by the humorous ensemble on CD. He listened to it repeatedly during drives. As a youth listening to material considered off-limits was really fun.
The perfect gathering tune
Best of My Love by the Emotions since it feels joyful. The rhythm is ideal. It's accessible music, cool and challenging, thus appealing to all.
The song I can no longer listen to
When I discovered rock'n'roll, I loved Guns N' Roses. When I first listened to Sweet Child O' Mine, I became obsessed, yet currently I avoid it.
The ideal track to perform
Right now, our group play Another Girl, Another Planet. I adore that track.
The transformative music
I appear in the music video for that punk track. I played the younger version of the frontman. This marked my video debut. It revealed heavier sounds, guiding me to indie realms.
The emotional track
Alvvays' Belinda Says.
The memorial service music
There's a running gag about this topic. I'm uncertain about choosing it, but Half Gate by Grizzly Bear.
